All you have to do is open Premiere's preferences and select the "Media Cache" tab, and then click the new "Delete" button next to "Remove Media Cache Files". From here you'll have two options. The first, "Delete Unused Media Cache Files" clears all unused cache files in relation to the project you currently have open.
Then, choose Clip > Modify > Audio Channels (shortcut Shift+G ). This opens the Modify Clip dialog. Note that both audio channels (Left and Right) are assigned to the same audio track (Track 1). To convert this stereo clip to a dual-channel mono clip, change the Number of Audio Tracks to match the number of audio channels in the clip. It creates a sequence with adaptive audio tracks which are typically used in advanced audio routing workflows. 5. Enable multi-camera editing in the Program Monitor. To enable the multi-camera target sequence for multi-camera editing, click the icon, and choose Multi-camera from the pop-up menu in the Program Monitor. Grab the Vocal Enhancer effect in your effects panel and drag it onto your audio clip. You will need to adjust the vocal enhancer for your subject. Navigate to the Effects Control panel and select the dropdown arrow under Vocal Enhancer until you see the custom setup option. Click the Edit button. You will see a box that pops up.
In the same folder where you have saved your project you must have a subfolder called Adobe Premiere Pro Video Preview (like the one in my screenshot). Close Premiere Pro before deleting everything you have inside that folder, then open and ready, you must make new previews. Look in the preferences to see where they are.
Most times I have to place the nest at the end of the timeline instead of where I want it because I have to delete that audio track before it overrides any audio that I DO want. Very annoying. There's no way in Premiere that I can find to delete all audio tracks from a sequence. At least a nested sequence anyway.
